‘Why party indoors with your children when you have the beach right on your doorstep’
The Surfing Parties are a fantastic, fun and healthy option for children to celebrate a Birthday!
| Where is it? | Meet at the Nick Thorn Surf School on Woolacombe Beach. |
| When is it? | Parties run from April 19th - October Half Term. |
| How long do we party? | Each surf party is 2 hours long. |
| How much does it cost? | £18 per child. (Minimum booking of 5 kids per party). |
The surf parties are great for children turning 8 years and upward, who are happy in the water and can swim to a basic level.
- 2 hour beach party
- Private mini-marquee area down on the beach
- Surf equipment for all of your party guests
- Beach lesson and warm up, with water safety and beach awareness talk (30mins)
- In water Surf coaching session (60mins)
- All kids will receive a surf certificate and a party bag
- Marquee area is available for an hour after the party.
For the above event the coaches are fully qualified professionals, who hold BSA Surf Instructor and NARS Beach Lifeguard qualifications, all staff are also CRB checked so they can safely work with children.
We will provide a private marquee area for your party down on the sand where you, your guests and parents can chill out. All party guests may use this facility during the 2 hour party and then if you wish to bring a Birthday lunch to eat on the beach we will make it available for up to an hour afterwards. A parent/Guardian must stay with the party or within the marquee area during the party session. All birthday parties are run from Woolacombe Bay Beach.
A non-refundable £5 deposit is required for each child that books (see party booking form). We also require that each child brings along a completed medical declaration and consent form, (please note that we will unfortunately be unable to accept any child without a completed form).
